Successful delivery on migration of two books of business to internal administration system
- Review of research and Due Diligence on proposed new assets focusing on quality of research, identification of key issues and timeliness of recommendations.
- Set-up of new assets on all relevant platforms
- EMC on-boarding on our administration system
- Ensure that all Financial instruments currently held on behalf of plan holders are correctly valued and variances identified and driven to a timely resolution.
- Perform month end valuations and ensure Fee/Interest calculations are carried out in accordance with the relevant schedule.
- EMC fee invoice and reconciliation
- Deal with complex issues and the effective resolution of any complaints.
- Escalate client issues in accordance with laid down procedure and best practice to ensure timely resolution and dealt with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Statistics and KPI reporting.
