Hostess Duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the spa services.
• Sign guests in and ensure therapists are informed about their arrival if they have any treatments booked
• Show guests where the spa/pool facilities are situated and answer any questions they may have
• Ensure tea rooms are kept clean and socked at all times

Cleaner Duties:

• Ensure Spa and pool area is kept clean at all times
• Regularly check changing rooms and toilets to ensure they are clean for guests
• Greet guests and answer any questions they may have

• I babysit a family with 6 children between the ages of 2 and 11.

Duties:

• Carried out morning setup by stocking trolleys and getting equipment ready
• Followed safety procedures when handling hazardous materials.
• Greeted hotel guests in a friendly manner
• Cleaned and stocked hotel rooms, made beds, cleaned and hoovered rooms and bathrooms and stocked the rooms with products etc in a 30 minute time frame.
• Supplied extra towels and toiletries when requested to optimize guest comfort
• Carried out evening routine which involved getting rid of rubbish and restocking trolleys
