I started in Aldi in 2013 as a store assistant, within 3 years I became a deputy manger, within 3 years I became an assistant manger and within 3 years became a store manager. I thoroughly enjoy learning, training, motivating and progressing staff within store level and on the team. I have a keen eye for detail, merchandising and managing. Enjoy facing and overcoming challenging new tasks. Always open to learning new ideas.
