• SAP S/4HANA - POC & Design phase - Implementation of ERP system for Order and Finance: member of the TAX Stream, R2R SME;
• R2R Sub-Domain Lead: coordinating with Solution Owners development plans for respective applications, impact analysis on R2R roadmap, SME in R2R application landscape;
• Implementation of Tax Intelligent Module Platform for IKEA Global Supply Chain. Integration with the system landscape, designing, testing and implementing new functionalities;
• Indirect tax treatment set up and simulation for IKEA chains in new markets (Philippines, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Chile, Estonia);
• Maintaining Indirect Tax Algorithm in TIM application, adding new tax scenarios (Brexit, triangulation, exceptions for Asia-Pacific countries);
• Implementing new countries (Estonia) and new reporting requirements for INTRASTAT application;
• Collaborating with Tax Management in planning application landscape roadmap;
• Supporting Solution Owner in planning budget, backlog refinement for supporting applications;
• Participating in creating IKEA ways of working (procedures, documentation, tools) for the new department.

• Business Analysis - eliciting and documenting requirements, testing and implementation support of system enhancements;

• Analysis related to performance, management and retrocession fee methodology based on Offering Memorandum and distribution agreements;

• Reviewing data integrity across wide range of Recon Frontier databases;
• Identifying and resolving exceptions and out of balance situations, liaising with IT, Custodians and internal departments;
• Performing controls to ensure completeness of data processing;
• Application support.

• Transaction processing and reconciliation in fund accounting systems, querying and resolving issues with internal and external clients;
• Control functions including authorization, signing off and reviewing the quality of performed tasks;
• Subject Matter Expert in 2 migrations to Poland. Training new team members, monitoring the progress of migrated tasks, checking quality of control procedures;
• UAT tester in number of projects.
