Responsible for the setup, preparation and execution of large, complex live operations with revenues in excess of $10M by applying strict KPIs to meet SLAs defined with clients. I work with business unit leadership to set strategic project direction and develop and implement long-term infrastructure and operational strategies.

I oversee planning, reporting, budgeting and resource management across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with organisational and financial objectives.
I proactively manage stakeholder engagement by organising and chairing meetings, resolving escalations and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
I lead multiple teams across multiple geographic locations, managing event management, techOps activities and broadcast engineering.

I partner with the PMO and Account Managers to manage budget capacity, closely monitoring project revenues and margins to ensure financial efficiency. I also support HR functions including recruitment, performance management, career development and team retention, fostering a supportive and engaging working environment for a multi-disciplinary, globally dispersed team.

Responsible for leading the Sports Broadcast & Data business as it relates to the football ecosystem, with several high profile clients including the major football governing bodies and broadcasters.

In addition to managing the technical infrastructure and products, my role was to oversee the effective and consistent delivery of programmes and projects, leading a dedicated project management team across multiple offices.

In conjunction with our Human Resources department, I was also responsible for recruitment, salary reviews, performance management and the definition and implementation of career paths.

Responsible for running the Sport Broadcast & Data business related to the football ecosystem. Along with the management of the technical, product, operational and commercial teams my role was to set the strategic focus for the department.
