  • Pivotal role within the Commercial Broadband team, taking responsibility for managing partner relationships, and unlocking headroom for Sky through the growth of partnerships and development of direct to consumer routes to market

Accomplishments

  • Global Agreement negotiated and agreed with Cairn Homes PLC. Further Global Agreements negotiated and delivered with Managing Agents including Wyse Property Management and Absolute Property Management.
  • Continue to grow MDU retrofit model using the Managing Agent Funded model I developed. Approx. 25 MDU sites paid for communal dish installation, totalling 1,130 units. Previously Sky paid for installation. Zero risk strategy for Sky as labour and equipment paid for by Owners Management Company.
  • Creative marketing approach due to budget restrictions imposed; Sky brand included in New Buyer Welcome Packs, link to Sky website on Building Management Apps, and targeted door drops and marketing collateral (Triple Play & TV only) left with concierge for distribution to residents & Sky News channel always on in communal living spaces.
  • Bespoke marketing strategy created for MDU’s offering added value to the Managing Agent to encourage the Board of Directors to agree to installation of communal dish.
  • Prepare business cases and presentations in relation to MDU New Build, Retro Fit & Already Enabled for senior management by working closely with Marketing, Finance & Strategic Insight teams to gain understanding of headroom in Dublin and the opportunity for growth.
