Leading the L&D team and reporting into the Managing Director of People Strategy. Responsible for all professional development across our 17 global locations as well as working with the global team to ensure our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives deliver workplace where everyone feels they belong. Works closely with the business to address staff engagement and provides support where needed.
