  • Sourced and rolled out a new Learning Management and E Learning System resulting in full compliance in take up of compulsory regulatory training and greater take up of optional training
  • Held end to end responsibility for the maintenance of the Training and Competency Scheme
  • Designed and delivered Performance Management training at all levels
  • Project managed the design, delivery, diagnosis of the Staff Engagement Survey
  • Delivered the Internal Communication strategy of change from Bank of Cyprus UK to Cynergy Bank

  • Managed the end to end training cycle from developing a comprehensive training strategy based on an organisation wide needs analysis
  • Translated complex regulatory changes into practical training packages and delivered these programmes to all staff
  • Managed the sourcing and development of a bank wide leadership development programme
  • Redesigned and ran bank wide induction programme including graduate induction
  • Designed and rolled out a bank wide staff engagement survey,
  • Created a ‘People Plan' to tackle staff attrition and to improve engagement which resulted in a significant reduction in voluntary resignations in 2016

  • Coordinated and project managed the Lean roll out which was part of the embedding of KBC Group's core values
  • Led Lean change programmes in Credit, Arrears Support, Risk and Marketing departments
  • Led training and coaching sessions on Lean tools and techniques, leadership skills and the key behaviours necessary to embed a cultural change programme as part of KBCI's Strategy for 2013-2014
  • Drove the design and implementation of a bank wide performance dashboard in the form of Key Performance Indicators that are interlinked and ultimately feed into the newly established Executive Committee KPI dashboard
  • Coached CEO and COO of KBCI on a one to one basis providing feedback on leadership styles and behaviours
  • Was 1st KBCI staff member to be certified as a Lean Coach by KBC Group
