  • This was my own company I started up with my husband during Covid.
  • We began with my husband working the glazing side of the company and I used my skills starting with the design of our logo through to all the accreditations our company gained. ie, Which? approved, CHAS accredited, Fensa approved....
  • I completed a Fensa approved surveyors course to enhance my knowledge of the industry. I also completed a glazing sales and compliance course.
  • I created adverts and managed all of the social media side to expand market presence.

  • Working within a small call centre 24/7 rota, covering the whole of the UK.
  • Receiving calls from the Police, healthcare professionals and self referrals, victims calling in themselves who didn't want police involved. These calls would be reporting first accounts and starting the ball rolling for victims evidence, examinations and support.
  • Organising forensic examinations at their nearest SARC (sexual assault referral centre) time being of the essence to ensure that the samples are taken within the particular timeframe of that crime otherwise the evidence would be of no use.
  • Listened to clients' current struggles to signpost relevant support.
  • Accompanying victims to court and to the SARC's to support them through their forensic examination.
  • Police officer's out on the road having stopped someone for drink or drug driving would call in to arrange a Doctor attend the nearest hospital to them to obtain bloods for prosecution. Again time being of the essence. Also a call out for a Doctor to sudden death scenes,
