• Managed 10 youth project teams, a county-wide Counselling service and a Family Support Service that promote inclusion, development and learning in a highly changing environment

• Designed, commissioned and coordinated pieces of research- Youth Counselling Service Assessment, and local Youth Needs Analysis
• Represented KYS to government ministers, local statutory and voluntary agencies.

• Managed a €2.5 million budget- including financial monitoring and controls, reporting, policies and undraising.

• Coordinated the change management and development processes within KYS in communication, IT, quality standards, best practice guidelines, financial management, project planning and evaluation- taking into consideration both internal and external environments.
• Made submissions into national policy consultations and local strategies relating to youth work,educational policy and social justice work.
• Completed a peer academic review and acted as External Practice Examiner NUI Maynooth.
