
I am currently the assistant manager in the Celbridge branch. I have great communication skills from dealing with customers everyday, sale reps when they enter the branch, and from my previous job as an electrician understanding the customers requirements and carrying out a job to their standards. I am a very quick learner with a great desire to always better myself in everything I do.
In my time here as an assistant manager I have made a big impact to the branch with new ideas and always am looking at the bigger picture. While making big changes, I also made small changes to the day-to-day running of the business which overall made a big impact to the staff morale and productivity. I have a great relationship with my colleagues, and we all work together to ensure a fast and reliable service for our customers by prioritizing their needs which has a big benefit to the shop ensuring customer loyalty. In my current role my workload is very varied and I am comfortable in each aspect of my job. In this role I also need to be very flexible which I have proven I am time and time again. I am comfortable working within a team and am able to lead and have had to use my own initiative while running the shop including making difficult decisions. I have done various courses within the company and would love to continue to grow within Kellihers. I feel I would be a great candidate for this role as I have experience in the day-to-day running of a branch and I can see the issues that occur on a daily basis.
I worked as an electrician for 5 years, In my time working there, I have had to face and solve many challenges that arose while also looking after my team. This job involved decision making and problem solving on a daily basis which would make me suited for this role as I know I am capable of overcoming whatever problems may occur.
