Healthy Eating: As part of my final year capstone project, I undertook independent primary and secondary research on the motivations behind student eating habits. The results prompted me to create a social media campaign to encourage students to make healthier food choices by creating and sharing simple nutritious and afforable recipes. I collaborated with the Healthy Trinity team on numerous projects to support this initiative, which led me to achieve the removal of unhealthy confectionary from the campus catering facilities during Trinity Health and Sport Week.
Sport/Fitness: I played Gaelic Football, Camogie, and Hockey all throughout my school years. I also volunteered as a children's coach in Bray Emmet's GAA club for several years. I enjoy spending time in the gym and keeping active.
Travel: During my semester abroad, I visited over 14 cities across Europe, funded entirely by my part-time employment. I have also spent several months living and working in Vancouver, Canada.
