Passionate and ambitious, with over 10 years’ experience working in the built environment.

I spent 8.5 years working as part of the development team for Argent, one of the UK's leading and most highly respected property developers, across a variety of projects in Argent’s portfolio of development sites, predominantly on the development of perhaps the best-known regeneration project in the UK in recent years, the 67-acre King's Cross. I have spent the last two years woking for Lioncor in Dublin, predominantly on the development of the Glass Bottle development site in Dublin 4.


I have a huge interest in and love of broadcasting and writing. I was a member of Voicebank Voice Over agency for many years prior to moving to the UK in 2010. I completed a course in writing for podcasts and radio with Zoe Comyns in May 2022. I attended an audio drama workshop with Hugh Hicks, Emer Horgan and Ronan Kelly in the RTE radio centre in May 2024.


I am also passionate about architecture, design and the arts. I have been a volunteer for Open House and the Irish Architecture Foundation since 2009. I was appointed to the Board of the Irish Architecture Foundation in 2024.

  • Working mainly on the delivery of the residential and masterplan aspects of the Glass Bottle Site, Sandymount Strand, Dublin 4.
  • My role involves working with the design teams and other stakeholders to deliver the masterplan in accordance with the SDZ planning document for the site.
  • Liaison with the various teams in Dublin City Council to ensure smooth collaboration in the delivery of the Vision of the site and masterplan.
  • Community Liaison and consultation with local residents and community groups on an ongoing basis. Point of contact for complaints and issues relating to the site.
  • Part of a panel with members of DCC and the Arts office to promote the new DCC planning policy requiring the delivery of 5% of Development floorspace as community and arts space across Dublin City. Involved in the wider discussions of how to make this work for the city and for all involved.

  • As Planning Manager, I led the planning for the 67-acre King’s Cross estate in Camden, London. Responsible for all aspects of the complex, phased, mixed use planning framework for the development site, including assessing commercial and legal risks and mitigation.
  • Part of a small internal team developing the St Pancras Hospital masterplan in Camden, London. This involved appointing and managing consultants and the design team and developing the masterplan in respect of the proposed massing, footprint, public realm, mix of uses, daylight and sunlight, placemaking and ground floor, design and environmental strategies alongside other commercial and planning considerations including achieving target floorspace and value, the heritage context in a dense urban environment, policy constraints and local council expectations.
  • Constant liaison with and point of contact for the Local Council planning, urban design, conservation, S106 and housing teams. I chaired weekly and quarterly catch ups with Camden.
  • Collaboration and knowledge sharing across the business with internal teams including community and other stakeholder consultation and engagement, incoming retail tenant briefing and liaison.
  • Acted as point of contact and a mentor for the newest and youngest member of the planning team while remote working during the Covid 19 pandemic.
  • Created and delivered an industry event on the creation of the Coal Drops Yard for the Women In Planning network in the Samsung flagship store at King’s Cross in March 2020
