Part of the Global Project team on Process standardization and ERP implementation across global processes, my role is to lead Functional areas like:

• Financial reporting across all sub-processes, with the main focus on Management reporting
• Design Finance policies, Internal and Operational controls, Compliance governance framework, in line with industry standards
• Proposing the smoothest tech solution on Intercompany, covering Transfer pricing company's requirements
• Providing support on the E2E mapping between key data elements, from Order management, Purchase requisitions, till Trial balance
• Design standard Chart of Accounts framework, including various segments, list of standard Cost centers, standard Trial Balance format

• Coordinator of complex Finance Transformation projects (mainly on Management Reporting, RTR)
• Coordinated with internal departments, to ensure successful execution of projects, according to timeline and budget constraints
• Mentored junior staff in the organization's business processes

• Implement a new Shared Service Center for Freudenberg Group
• Reviewed contracts and agreements
• Analyzed financial data to identify trends in revenue, expenses, profitability and other KPIs
• Reviewed monthly management accounts with variance analysis for budgeting purposes
• Conducted regular internal audits of all financial processes to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Managed and supervised the finance team (40 colleagues), including recruitment, performance reviews and appraisals
• Collaborated closely with other departments such as HR, IT and operations to ensure alignment on business objectives

• Part of an important Global project for one of the biggest CPG client. EMEA Lead for transformation initiatives, activities transitions to Genpact, supporting the migration to SAP4HANA
• Developed Genpact product, in line with industry changes - optimal process solution & digital offerings to support the design of process transformation for Genpact clients
• Led business meetings, act as architect of finance & accounting solutions
• Developed transformation roadmap for continuous process improvements from design of policies, procedures, Blueprint for new Target Operating Model, process standardization, until Digital Roadmap, identify the prerequisite steps for S4 Hana implementation, digital solutions
• Designed, built, and implemented future Finance organizations, in BPO and/or SSC environment
