Volunteer Experience

  • In my role as a volunteer at GWPA from June 1, 2024, to the present, I focus on creating and analyzing comprehensive dashboards and reports that track trends in participation and engagement. I am responsible for defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of our programs. Additionally, I conduct surveys to gain a deeper understanding of community needs, utilizing this data to recommend improvements and make strategic content decisions that boost our presence and engagement on social media platforms.
  • During my time as a volunteer from May 1, 2018, to December 1, 2018, I participated in the daily meals program at Glide four times a week in the morning. My responsibilities included helping prepare meals and assisting with their delivery in the afternoon. I delivered these meals to low-income individuals and those recovering from substance abuse, domestic violence, sexual abuse, anger management, and poor self-esteem.
