Senior Global Recruitment Specialist (Sub-Lead)

  • Take charge of recruiting Vietnamese IT professionals for offshore delivery team and expats from all over the world to FPT Software in Vietnam with 30% for Vietnamese IT professionals recruitment and 70% for global IT professionals
  • Lead a small team of 3 members to help guide and support them during projects and work.
  • Responsible for full cycle of recruitment for oversea branch offices (more than 25 branch offices worldwide) of FPT Software in Korea, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand Romania, Canada, America, Australia, etc
  • The main in-charge markets are Taiwan, Philippines, Romania, Canada
  • Responsible for approaching and recruiting CoG & CoE positions (high level positions) in IT like Head of Department
  • Participate in recruiting IT professionals in local market (which accounts for 20% of recruitment work)
  • Hunt Vietnamese IT experts who are currently working abroad for local market and persuade them to come back to Fsoft in Vietnam
