Through the years, I have met and worked with some very intelligent people, and with that I have garnered my experience by carefully listening to people’s needs and requirements to bring together teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. I pride myself on the promise of delivering high quality work and demand excellence at all times, closely monitoring the budget and working safely without compromise.

Continual development is critical to anyone’s career, helping to stay focused will reap rewards. I became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders in 2018 and undertook a Leadership in Management program from Queens university in 2021. Being involved with numerous award-winning jobs that also include LEED platinum and WELL certifications, its satisfying that peers within the industry recognise the hard work and effort exerted to complete these prestigious projects.

2015-2022

Oracle Block C – Eastpoint Business Park, Dublin 5. Role = Construction/Project Manager - Start 2014 - €12.2m/12 months

Full CAT A and CAT B installation including internal Starbucks café fit out. Early handover of goods, inwards, Comms room and new Starbucks. Atrium infills. Full plant strip-out and install new AHUs. Installation of interactive classroom complete with full audio-visual capabilities.

2015, 1 Georges Quay. Role = Project Manager - Start 2015 - €25.2m/24 months

141,000 sq. ft. of grade A floor space over 5 levels with large flexible floor plates extending to approximately 28,000 sq ft each. As part of the redevelopment the pergola and railing elements to the front of the building have been removed and a new landscaped plaza has been created. Occupiers enter the building via a new 2.9 metre high feature revolving door into a truly impressive reception area of 3,760 sq. ft. with ceiling heights up to 6.85 metres. This area is finished to the highest specification with stone floor and wall tiling together with feature lighting throughout.

Aercap Aviation (St Stephens Green) Role = Contracts Manager - Start 2017 - €16m/7 months

New headquarters for this aircraft leasing company with 1,600 aircraft under its management. The 70,000 sq. ft facility has 400 workstations, a mix of boardrooms and meeting rooms and individual offices. The project also houses a full catering kitchen/restaurant and reception. The scope included mechanical/electrical/data/AV cabling, 500 linear metre of partitions, floor covering (carpets, vinyl’s and terrazzo), toilets cores /showers, large specialist joinery package and lift car fit out. A feature staircase was installed from the first to third floor. The project achieved LEED Platinum.

NTMA (National Treasury Management Agency) North Wall Quay. Role = Snr Contracts Manager - Start late 2017 -€24.7m/47wks

The fit-out works were completed over ten floors circa 144,000 sq. Ft. and consisted of open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, canteen areas, toilets and ancillary office areas to accommodate c. 850 workstations, together with comprehensive meeting facilities and break out areas. Full M&E and AV/IT & Security package. Executive meeting/boardrooms on the 8th floor consisted of very high-end joinery and state of the art video conferencing facilities.

Docusign – 5 Hanover Quay, Dublin. Role = Snr Contracts Manager - Start 2018 - €12.5m/19wks

High-end CAT B fit out of four floors, ground to third floor, within a partially occupied building. Fit out included opening plan, townhall spaces and meeting rooms, bespoke joinery, new comms rooms on each floor and a large catering facility...Full M&E install which also included IT/AV and Security.

Microsoft – One Microsoft Court – Leopardstown. Role = Snr Contracts Manager - Early 2019 - €13.2/10 months

A full strip-out and high specification refurbishment of 106,000 sq.ft. of office space along with demolition and refurbishment of full height atrium space & ground floor recreational and dining facilities, including introduction of new access stairways and cantilevered meeting space.

Mastercard - Leopardstown. Role = Snr Contracts Manager - Start late 2019 - €22m/19 months

The proposed works will comprise the fit-out of circa 13,400 sq. m. net over 10 floors. The fit-out works consisted of open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training area, reception area, canteen area, storage areas, services areas, toilets and ancillary office accommodation areas. 1no MER (Comms room) and 6no SER room, full MEP and IT/AV installation, a security room and large canteen.

Melia Hotel – Old Echo Building – Liverpool. Roll Snr Contracts Manager - Start 2019 - €37.2m/36 months

A 23-storey building which was the old Liverpool Echo newspaper building was transformed into a modern hotel. 207 rooms, Sky Bar on the 22nd floor, Full plantroom on the 3rd level, Executive conference suits and kitchen on the 1st floor, Gino de Campo restaurant with large industrial kitchen, servery area, bar and reception along with back of house offices and stores, large comms room, walk-in fridges and 9no lifts.
