  • Moved on assignment from manufacturing manager in Waterford , Ireland.
  • Started in NJ as manufacturing manager but then moved quickly to take on other responsibilities including packaging, logistics and then Site Director for the last year.
  • This was an extremely difficult time for the site as it was being closed and my job when arrived was to bring stability and a smooth transition of the business to another location.
  • Engage and motivate employees and leaders in a closing site situation
  • Implemented improved safety and quality standards to reduce accident levels and meet the expectations of the FDA as well as the standards demanded by our own company which were governed external to the site.
  • Successfully transition from a 24/7 operations to a safe and compliant closure which respectfully looking after the employees.

  • I gained experience and worked to an expert level through all manufacturing processes related to OTC tablet production.
  • I then moved through levels of management from supervisor of a team of 10-15 people to different manager roles up to 100 people within the Dungarvan facility before moving on assignment to the USA in Nov 2010.
