  • In this role, we aim to maximize sales through professionalism, problem solving and product/customer knowledge

  • I achieved this in my first month and have been at the top since
  • My sales figures are in the top 5 nationwide on a weekly basis and I have established a great base of return customers which undoubtedly helps this
  • Our bedding department has also had the highest growth rate of any division in any shop nationwide over the past year with a 37% growth rate

  • This is something I am very proud of as I am highly competitive
  • I was also asked by the head of training for Harvey Norman Ireland to put together a 1 day course for the company to show the sales people nationwide how to sell and advise people on the accessories that should be sold with all mattresses i.e
  • Correct pillows and mattress protectors
  • While putting together this course, I was approached by EWL and accepted their offer so we didn’t get to complete this task myself but I did hand over my project work to a colleague and they have had great success with this.
