At Twitter, I worked on the Customer side of the business in EMEA, with a focus on sales Recruitment and Stakeholder Management. I was unfortunately affected by the Twitter lay offs in July


  • Managed a team of 2 Recruitment Coordinators, ensuring they have the support they need to hit their goals,
  • End to end management of open roles, closing roles within the agreed SLA,
  • Sourcing hard to find Candidates using Linkedin and various other methods, including our internal data base, referrals and online searches,
  • Market mapping to help Hiring Managers understand current hiring trends of competitors,

HR Program Specialist EMEA- Onsite at Facebook

I worked on the MSP program at Facebook, recruiting for contingent workers. I worked on anywhere from 25-40 reqs at one time in this role mainly in Sales and Finance areas, however this also spanned to the HR and tech regions.


  • End to end process of requisition Management, ensuring all roles are filled within dedicated SLAs
  • Sourcing/Headhunting hard to find Candidates
  • Training of new staff on the team of all our program processes and internal systems,
  • Stakeholder management, keeping communication open and staying visible to the Hiring Managers and Staffing Agencies
  • Meeting with Hiring Managers on a weekly basis to chat through role progression and give guidance where needed
  • This included training, office hours and and general questions
  • First point of contact for CV screening. All CVs came through me to ensure they were a fit before passing them on to the relevant Hiring Manager
  • Ensuring all new starts have a positive onboarding experience. This included making sure they received their laptops on time, knew who the correct POC's were for laptop set up, and guiding them through the orientation.
  • Performance management of contractors when not preforming. Dealing with such matters in discreet and compassionate ways
  • Facilitating mobility from contractors moving to FTE positions. This included ensuring they were set up to jump into their FTE role on day 1.

Senior HR Client Services - EMEA

Ended due to the Covid Pandemic. I was asked back to help fill a gap in 2021 for a few weeks from June - August.


I worked onsite at Airbnb in Dublin. We went live with our MSP program in EMEA in August 2019. My main duties in this role include Relationship, Contractor and requisition management. I was the main POC for all Managers and Contractors within EMEA.


  • Managed a team of 2 Recruitment Coordinators
  • Relationship Management; I work very closely with all Hiring Managers and Managers who have Contractors on their team to ensure all is going smoothly,
  • Heading hunting hard to find Candidates
  • Contractor Management; I was the main POC for all Contractors within our Program in EMEA
  • Intake calls with Hiring Managers; I have meetings weekly with Managers who have a new role that they would like to advertise. These were in person and via Video chat,
  • Ensure all payroll requests are up to date on a weekly/monthly basis (depending on region) so that all workers get paid correctly and on time,
  • Onboarding and orientation of all new Contractors in EMEA. This includes orientation and IT set up,
  • Performance Management; I take the correct and necessary steps to performance manager workers who may need it, Dealing with HR issues as they arise in a efficient and sensitive manor,
  • Ensure smooth running of the program at all times with daily communication with the client and onsite team,
  • Reviewing, phone screening and arranging interviews for all Candidates within EMEA
  • Ensuring all contract extensions are within the correct tenure, are approved efficiently with contracts sent out ASAP,
  • Making sure all Contracts onsite under the Pro Unlimited name are giving the tools they need to be successful within their role,
  • Off-boarding Contractors on their last day.

I worked onsite as a HR Staffing Specialist at Fidelity International in Dublin. I was solely responsible for the day to day running of the requisitions, working on between 30-35 roles at any one time, mainly in Sales, Finance and IT. I worked very closely with the rest of the team who are based in the UK, and traveled biweekly to the UK to meet them. My primary focus was to provide exceptional customer service and talent advice to our Client, and be on hand to provide any support needed while on the recruitment journey.

  • Relationship Management; I was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with HiringManagers and Suppliers

I worked on the xWS team onsite at Google. I looked after every role that was Temp, Vendor and Contractor (It is important to note that in Google terms a Temp is anyone on a contract). I was essentially the middle person between our Hiring Managers at Google and the Staffing Partners we work with in the EMEA region. I worked with 34 live countries in the EMEA region. Daily, I had (on average) 35 roles to look after while managing relationships and making sure the hiring process is running smoothly for all involved, be that a requisition Candidate or a referral Candidate. Stakeholder Management and communication are the key aspects of my role.



  • Orientation of all new Temps, Vendors & Contractors onsite in Dublin or via VC for the rest of EMEA (100+ new starts weekly)
