I worked on the MSP program at Facebook, recruiting for contingent workers. I worked on anywhere from 25-40 reqs at one time in this role mainly in Sales and Finance areas, however this also spanned to the HR and tech regions.
Ended due to the Covid Pandemic. I was asked back to help fill a gap in 2021 for a few weeks from June - August.
I worked onsite at Airbnb in Dublin. We went live with our MSP program in EMEA in August 2019. My main duties in this role include Relationship, Contractor and requisition management. I was the main POC for all Managers and Contractors within EMEA.
I worked onsite as a HR Staffing Specialist at Fidelity International in Dublin. I was solely responsible for the day to day running of the requisitions, working on between 30-35 roles at any one time, mainly in Sales, Finance and IT. I worked very closely with the rest of the team who are based in the UK, and traveled biweekly to the UK to meet them. My primary focus was to provide exceptional customer service and talent advice to our Client, and be on hand to provide any support needed while on the recruitment journey.
I worked on the xWS team onsite at Google. I looked after every role that was Temp, Vendor and Contractor (It is important to note that in Google terms a Temp is anyone on a contract). I was essentially the middle person between our Hiring Managers at Google and the Staffing Partners we work with in the EMEA region. I worked with 34 live countries in the EMEA region. Daily, I had (on average) 35 roles to look after while managing relationships and making sure the hiring process is running smoothly for all involved, be that a requisition Candidate or a referral Candidate. Stakeholder Management and communication are the key aspects of my role.
Temporary Position - (left to return to Ireland to have my son)
In my role as Recruitment Partner for Compass in the Aviva Stadium I was solely in charge of the hiring and staffing of all units across Ireland. I looked after everything from Recruitment, to Orientation of new starts, to performance management and off-boarding of our Temp workers across the whole of Ireland, while also managing the payroll for Ireland.
In my role in Julia Ross I was working on a permanent recruitment desk. I looked after all permanent roles that came into the business which was mainly Office Support/HR/Finance related. In this role I never missed a monthly target and always exceeded my KPI's on a weekly/monthly bases.
In this role I worked on the Temporary staffing desk (any requirement up to 6 months in length). I worked on an extremely busy & demanding desk, conducting face to face interviews daily and filling last minute requirements in a matter of minutes. Communication, multitasking and adaptability were they key to this role, as it was such a fast paced, and at times, hectic position. I always exceeded my targets and KPI's
