I have extensive experience with the Organization starting in 2012 after I was redeployed to CDETB from my previous job with the Institute of Public Administration. Since then I have held various positions starting with Grants Assessment, Customer Services (former Escalation Team) and Corporate Services. I have developed great knowledge about SUSI and along with the skills I've gained working in the IPA in Accounting Department and on my previous position with Corporate Services and current as Grant Assessor see myself as a candidate to position of Team Leader. I have a demonstrated ability to work for as Team Captain (acting and permanent) for two seasons and I have been responsible for day-to-day TC duties & successfully as Team Leader during 2023/24 season. I work in Grant Assessment and proved very high standard of work and achieving great results.
