I have been working on a wide and range and varied projects from residential buildings to large scale projects. I have extensive experience in erecting and dismantling scaffolding of all types including tubes fitting, system scaffolding. My ability to read and interpret drawing and site plans allows me to set up scaffolding in a matter that is both secure, fit for purpose and compliant with all the relevant safety standards, regulations and Approved codes of practices. as a freelance scaffolder i understand the importance of flexibility and reliability. i am available to work on short notice and accustomed to working under tight deadlines. My ability to collaborate effectively with Project mangers, Engineers, Contractors and other trades ensures that the project run smoothly, efficiently and health and safety at its core.

Collaborate with the Senior Project Manger to develop scaffolding plans, timelines and resource allocation strategies. lead and supervise teams of scaffolders,ensuring that all works is performed according to industry standards and regulations. Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, Conducting regular inspections and ensuring all workers were equipped with necessary clear instructions, guidance's, daily briefing and one on one. Quality assurance was done by oversee the installation and dismantling of scaffolding to ensure it meets design specifications and safety requirements. Maintain accurate record of work performed, including timesheets, safety inspections and daily reports.

i was responsible for inspecting and writing out reports on numerous projects ranging from 5-10 different projects in a week. Identifying potential hazards and ensuring compliance with industry standers. I also developed a solid understanding and implementation of Health & Safety regulations and best practices. in additions of my technical skills, i bring strong communication and teamwork abilities.
