• Facilitating speech/language interventions at key stage 3.
• Delivering differentiated English lessons to year 7.
• Organising/facilitating English lessons for year 10 students with EHCP's to gain AQA qualification English Functional Skills.
• Managing team of TA’s with their on-going support of pupils with SEND.
• Producing and developing schemes of work in English to support all students (including those new to English).
• Carrying out duties as year 10 Tutor.
• Advising and assisting in delivery of RLI programme for students with Down Syndrome . This involves ongoing training with TA facilitating programme.
• Delivering art lessons to year 7.

Other duties include:

• Attending meetings with parents to discuss student progress and making plans.
• Assisting in annual reviews with SENCO, setting targets, writing progress reports, liaising with internal and external specialist staff and delivering SLCN inset to TA's and staff.

Phase leader:

• Leading year 6 groups and devising frameworks for literacy and numeracy.
• Planning and managing intervention programmes to support pupils on SEN register.
• Increasing progress and performance for year 6 students on SEN register.

SEN Teacher:

Running intervention sessions for students with learning difficulties using; visual, auditory and kinaesthetic techniques.

• Leading training sessions for fellow educators on SEN teaching techniques, enhancing overall educational delivery.
• Offering guidance and advice to parents on educational and social matters relating to SEN students.
• Incorporating practical activities into lesson plans for year groups, aimed at making learning fun and interesting.

• Planning and delivering inspiring and challenging lessons to year 6 class.
• Creating focused and inclusive, working atmosphere, boosting student creativity and interest in subjects taught.
• Working closely with colleagues for collaborative planning and resource sharing.

• Planning and delivering creative cover lessons in accordance to PPA cover in school.
• Collaborated closely with other staff members to integrate arts into school-wide curriculum effectively.

• Devising and delivering differentiated lessons to year 4 students.
