- I worked in several different sections of the hotel such as the restaurant, accommodation, and the bar.
- I have learned how to react quickly in bad situations with customers and take control, I can understand their needs and communicate with them perfectly.
- I also learned cleaning skills as I took on many cleaning roles during my time and also understand the covid regulations that were needed in that time.
- Waitressing role: My waitressing role in the Menlo was to serve customers and help them to the fullest of my abilities, I prepared and delivered trays of food and beverages to the guests' tables, answered any queries and cleaned up after each table that was allocated to me.
Treat café
- I worked in treat café for 1 week for work experience. My duties include taking orders, carrying out/serving food and cleaning up tables.
St judes lodge b&b
- I worked in the St Judes b&b for 3 months and have enhanced my customer skills, cleaning skills, and time management skills. I completed duties such as cleaning bathrooms and rooms.
Connacht Hotel
- Worked in accommodation with the Connacht Hotel from June 6th 2022 to September 6th 2022
- Role included bed making, dusting, bathroom cleaning, hoovering etc. I was able to learn to manage my time well and make sure to finish on time.
