Working as a Technical engineer for Invar, it was my
duty to provide support to the various customers on
software related issues through a ticketing system
know as Fresh desk. An example of this being, a
customer would report an issue with one of their
systems that Invar provided, the issue would come in
the form of an error or a malfunction somewhere on
the software, once it had been reported through a
ticket or phone call it would be my job to begin the
initial investigation and provide updates throughout
the whole process until the error had been resolved
