I am 22 years old and have recently graduated from my undergraduate level 8 course in Helath, Sport & Exercise Science from MTU Kerry. I am looking for some summer work in order to develop some experience and learn new skills. I am enthusiastic, bring positive energy and open to learn, adapt and grow in new roles.

In my previous employments I have been known for being personable and resourceful, with long-standing proven skills in key areas such as public speaking and the ability to quickly learn and thrive in new environments. I am committed to utilising these strengths to contribute meaningfully to future opportunities while pursuing continuous personal and professional growth.

Knowledge & Skills attained from College Degree

Through my Level 8 degree in Health, Sport & Exercise Science I have developed a wide range of skills and furthered my knowledge in a variety of valuable areas. My social & interpersonal skills have greatly improved through a variety of teaching & facilitating tasks in front of a wide range of people of all ages ranging from young children and adults. Through this course I now possess valuable knowledge of anatomy & physiology, the positive effects of exercise on the body, and now have a qualified background in personal training. This course has also provided me with an ability to pursue a career in teaching, or in a variety of other areas like psychology, nutrition and personal training to name a few. The diverse and unique range of areas this course has educated me in makes me a valuable member to any workforce.
