2023-2024 Project Title: Hot Copper Oil Timber Treatment Facility, Researched different Manufactures of Pressure treatment plants and chemicals suppliers., Coordinate planning applications with local councils., Supervised the construction of the new facility., Oversee procurement of the treatment plant and biomass burner., Developed a detailed timeline outlining expenditure and delivery dates., Trial runs were loaded into the Treatment Plant of various timber species, employing different preparations prior to treatment, including kiln drying and incising., Organised an Official opening of the Treatment Facility with the local Minister and invited all customers and people involved with the project., 2022 - 2023 Project Title: Smart Manufacturing of Living Accommodation Log cabins, Researching Log cabin manufacturing machines and software options, Recruiting staff to operate 3D Cad design and CNC operatives, Designing systems capable of rapidly converting customer requirements into approved designs and orders., Digitizing data and using Industry 4.0 principles, to design and manufacture bespoke, higher value-added living accommodation buildings., 2019- 2020 Project title: 50% Rebuild of the factory after a fire July 2019, Maintaining existing customers by outsourcing job orders to local timber manufacturers, All staff members were retained during the rebuild, and instead of relying solely on outside contractors, we engaged the workforce in the rebuilding whenever feasible and Safe., Restored the damaged machinery which was salvageable to fulfill orders from the UK market. This process included sourcing both new and second-hand equipment, which involved attending woodworking Machinery events like Ligna and dealing with machinery suppliers in the UK and Italy., Designed and constructed a new building to manage sawdust and shavings, equipped with a form and seal baler for efficient automation, ultimately enhancing revenue potential., New fire system had to designed and installed with water reservoirs, fire hydrants, Water pumps and Generator back up surrounding the factory perimeter.
