My key interest is sport, especially rugby where I am actively involved with Young Munster RFC as a coach.

Accomplishments

  • Participated and lead cost savings initiatives that yielded in excess of $1m savings.
  • Key contributor on the new commercial CRM System, delivering a successful business case to SMT for the implementation of a simplified cross-channel sales capture system that reduced order entry complexity and quality errors, improving the customer/agent experience. I delivered the cost benefit analysis for the project – realising ongoing savings in excess of €35m since implementation in 2016.
  • Offshoring project, I built the commercial model and was part of the negotiations team that delivered a successful contract negotiation with our business partner.
  • I led a project to deliver a new suite of automated operational reports, set to increase overall sales performance by 10 - 15% as managers can access better KPI measures faster. Overall saving estimated at €120K per annum, with added improvements in team performance and leadership.
