• Basic Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Basic Knowledge about Fire Alarm systems
• Basic communications skills
• Understand the BMS Documents
• Understand the basics of Electrical Panels, Power supply, Controllers, Sensors and actuators
• Understand the important features of BMS software like alarm management, trend log, scheduling etc
