These include reviewing and analyzing various forms of content, which includes, images, videos and eventually live feeds. Strong written and communication skills are a must, in order to communicate on issues with teammates and clients, and exceptional analytical skills are a must to provide evidence of problems with various user generated content.

Responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer transfer activities on a money transform platform. It was important for us to be there detect, and to prevent fraudulent activities. Daily operations include investigating chargeback issues, identifying potential cases of money laundering, as well as conducting thorough verifications of customer identities through documentations such as ID and certifications, or through visuals such as two-factor authentication. We also worked closely with the compliance team to ensure all transactions adhere to security and regulatory standards.

Daily operations revolved around Amazon's Seller Central platform, specifically a focus on the Chinese market. Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying key documentation, such as business licenses, identity documents, and certifications issued from China. Fluency in Chinese Mandarin was very important, as these ensured that risk assessments can be conducted, and that fraudulent activities or behaviors can be caught due to language proficiency. It was also important to communicate with customers in fluent Chinese to ensure they are familiar with the protocols of the platform.
