Summary

Jim has 27 years’ experience within the Oil & Gas Industry. Senior project roles included; Senior Project engineer, Engineering Manager and Project Manager for onshore and offshore projects both Greenfield and Brownfield. These projects covered the full Project lifecycle from conceptual design through front end engineering design (FEED), detailed design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover. His experience also includes the preparation of tender documents for FEED and engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) projects.

Jim has extensive fabrication yard and site based experience providing technical support to the Construction and Commissioning teams.

In all services delivered Jim places a key focus on Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) issues during the design and construction phases of project delivery. This has been delivered with contributions at the design stage at HAZOPs, design reviews and developing safety behaviours of the project team. I have also completed the Construction industry training boards’ (CITB) site manager training course
