  • Providing accurate support to undergraduate students with regards to module registration, timetable clashes, extenuating circumstances and other queries.
  • Organising and coordinating continuation meetings for struggling undergraduate students in collaboration with programme directors, and producing comprehensive academic plans.
  • Processing extenuating circumstances queries and liaising with the Extenuating Circumstances Approval Committee and module coordinators on complex cases.
  • Liaising with programme directors to provide information on stage 2 options for stage 1 students under the Agricultural Sciences Degree and processing change of major/programme applications as required.
  • Assisting with minute taking and following up on actions during the Programme and Examination Boards.
  • Drafting agendas, minute taking, document preparation and distribution, together with following up on actions as part of the Teaching and Learning Committee and the Staff-Student Liaison Committee.
  • Assisting the Timetabling Committee with module schedules and providing general administrative support.
  • Providing accurate information and advice to students, staff and the general public on undergraduate programmes.
  • Helping out at student recruitment events, such as the UCD Open Day, the National Ploughing Championships, and Higher Options in the RDS.

  • Retrieved reports as required using Infohub.
  • Helped with general office duties in the President's Office on occasion.
  • During the COVID-19 pandemic, I also assisted with the creation of virtual conferring ceremonies and in-person ceremonies in 2021, which required restrictions due to the pandemic.
