Duties include:

• Educate visitors of Dublin Zoo about its ethos, our worldwide conservation partners, and breeding program's.
• Engage with visitors in the Discovery and Learning Centre, offering interactive learning zones using biofacts, such as skulls, furs, insects, and plants to excite visitors.
• Passionately speak as an animal ambassador at allocated habitats. Engaging with visitors to promote the animal, its adaptations, its conservation threats and what we do to help.
• Operate discovery carts stationed throughout the zoo and facilitate learning areas around the zoo using artefacts and interactive games.
• Assist with seasonal visitor events, activities, and theme-based animal weekends.
• Assisting the animal care team with observation when required
• Assisting the Discovery and Learning team with a variety of administration tasks, when required.
• Communicate regularly with all relevant departments, regarding health & safety concerns that may arise throughout the zoo.
• Adhere to Dublin Zoos policies and procedures.

• Duties Included:
• Welcome and connect with students and their parents daily in a positive and supportive manner.
• Create a fun, caring environment catering to individual creativity, learning, and development.
• Support and encourage the children in their emerging interests, desires, and needs.
• Utilize Maria Montessori's vision and objectives by following a child-led curriculum.
• Facilitate daily age-appropriate play activities feeding to their individual and group developmental needs including;
• Music exploration, sensory exploration, drama, story, and art.
• Physical activity supporting in the development of fine & gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and balance.
• Provide themed play and art activities for a total of 8 weeks of mid-term and summer camps.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures.

• Duties included:
• Full time teacher for two ECCE sessions and after school program.
• Provide a caring and supportive prepared environment, conducive to learning and all areas of the child's development.
• Planned age appropriate daily lessons with hands on activities befitting to monthly themes and emerging interests.
• Guide the children through the Montessori work cycle, observing and presenting materials based on the Montessori philosophy and interest/readiness of each child.
• Facilitate online classes throughout national school closures.
• Arrange regular communication with parents concerning their child's progression.
• Supervise children both inside and outside the classroom.

• Duties included:
• Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate children's growth and exploration, supported by all Montessori philosophy principles.
• Develop appropriate lesson plans based on the needs and abilities of each individual child; to aid in their physical, linguistic, social, emotional, and intellectual skills.
• Observe the children, and alter/create lessons based on their emerging interests.
• Continued observation of children to monitor their progress.
• Guide the children through their Montessori work cycle.

• Duties included:
• Carry out teaching practice with a group of third class children aged between 8 and 9.
• Ensure the children were welcomed into a positive environment conducive to learning.
• Assemble and conduct daily lessons in accordance with the National Primary School Curriculum.
• Taught a variety of subjects including Mathematics, English, Science, Geography, Art, Music, and Drama.
• Assess the children's progress and adjusted lesson plans based on students' individual abilities.
• Develop and create a range of classroom materials to be used during lessons.
• Plan classroom and school activities surrounding specific themes.
• Plan lessons using my knowledge of a range of teaching methodologies, my knowledge of child psychology & behaviours, and my knowledge of special education & learning disabilities.

• Duties included:
• Lead daily English lessons in all four Montessori classes of the Casa dei Bambini in the school
• Teaching children aged between 2.5 and 7 years old, including those with special educational needs.
• Adhere to the principles and standards of the Montessori Method within the classroom, following the lead of the children and assisting where needed with all Montessori materials.
• Observe and record child development; introduce Montessori materials at an appropriate level.
• Assist in daily activities in the classroom, encouraging independence, freedom of choice and freedom of movement.
• Lead further education through themed activities and projects.
• Assist in classroom management.
• Design and produce materials to be used in lessons.
• Adhere to policies and procedures within the school.
