With nearly 20 years of experience in implementing, researching, and evaluating global best practices in primary care mental health. Played a pivotal role in shaping research and data strategies for both IAPT (Improved Access to Psychological Therapies) and Jigsaw, Ireland’s National Centre for Youth Mental Health. As the research and evaluation lead at Jigsaw for the past two years, spearheaded the development of Ireland's leading youth mental health data system and introduced innovative data governance policies. Member of the National Research Ethics Committee with experience in review and ensuring adherence to national and EU regulations. Strong track record in developing program evaluation and performance metrics that drive both clinical and strategic decision-making. Published peer-reviewed research on childhood adversity, resilience, and youth mental health service implementation and evaluation (IF = 2.16-3.19). Principal Investigator on the largest study of Irish migrants to the UK to date, which was presented in the House of Commons and featured in the editorial of the Irish Times, significantly influencing policy and public discourse.
