I’ve been working in Lidl Ireland for nearly fourteen years, I’ve been a fully trained Duty Manager for eleven of those years. My first year in Lidl I was a till person/packer mainly. My second year I asked my new manager to train me in everything I needed to know to become a store responsible person, so in my second year I spent the majority of my year doing bakery while also focusing on learning about the cash management process and closing the shop by myself. Throughout my years in Lidl I’ve work in several different stores, mainly in Castleblayney but I’ve also spent a year in Dundalk as a store responsible person, a month in Virginia preparing and been part of the team opening there new store, I’ve run Donegal store for a few months while the manager was absent.
I’m looking to progress further, work my way up the ladder.
