Past Projects

Peatland Coring: I took part in a project, extracting peat cores from a peatland in Moycullen. I then analysed the core to study the past environmental conditions in Ireland and the composition of the organic materials within the core.

Waterway analysis: I took part in a project involving the examination of a waterway flowing through the University Of Galway campus. We tested parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, conductivity and temperature
