Process Engineer Responsibilities

• Process Lead for Process design of managed service projects
• PFDs, P&IDs, HAZOPs, HAZOP Close-out, Control Philosophies
• Line Sizing / Equipment Sizing Calculations
• Pressure Relief Device sizing calculations
• Process calculations, Orifice sizing, Vacuum Breaker Sizing calculations
• Construction packages comprising of P&IDs/Line Lists/Tie-In List etc
• Design Risk Assessments

Project Engineer Responsibilities

• Scoping exercises with clients and vendor to agree solution.
• Value engineering exercises to reduce project costs.
• Resource and Cost Estimating
• Present project to client to gain approval.
• Budget and cost control.
• Developing schedules and reporting any variances to schedule.
• Raising PO's and Goods Receipting.
• Weekly Design Meetings and generating meeting minutes.
• Walkdown with contractors to agree scope of works etc.
• Construction management of contractors. Safety plans and construction supervision.
• Issue work permits to contractors.
• CQV support. dealing with issues and providing action to resolve any issue.
• Facilitating the variance, cleaning EHS, IH and maintenance and operability assessments that are required for project in an API environment.

Process Design Responsibilities

• Concept Development (process flow diagrams)
• P&ID's (HAZOP, Design and Construction Issues)
• Equipment / Line Sizing
• Process Input for specifying Equipment / Instrumentation.
• Scope walkdowns with contractors

C&Q Responsibilities

• Developed cleaning strategy for project and identifying all the cleaning requirement for project change-over.
• Generating and reviewing of C&Q protocols.
• Executing C&Q protocols.
• Receipt Verification and project inventory owner.
• Quality Control by ensuring the vendors have provided the required documentation.
• Owner of 'Live P&ID's' throughout construction / commissioning phase.
• Creating maintenance plans and organizing spares for new equipment and instrumentation's.
• Commissioning and start-up support.
