  • Management and leadership: I played a main role as manager of 66 staff based in the Irish Defence Forces Military Hospital.
  • I spearheaded the everyday running of the hospital, from pre-med exams, doctor staffing, transport logistics, detailing of staff for duty panels, and taskings outside the hospital, such as medical cover for military shoots and medical training at multiple levels for defense forces personnel, both at home and abroad.
  • I controlled the administration of medical files for all personnel in the defence forces and strictly applied a professional iron fist in regulation of all GDPR policies.
  • Administration of all medical personnel from personal files, course applications, leave, payroll, and conflict resolution.
