I joined OneTrust in 2019 as a dedicated Recruiter for the newly acquired DataGuidance business, where I successfully reduced agency spend from 100% to 0% within my first year while hiring key legal, research, and sales professionals. Building on this success, I was entrusted with the sole responsibility to grow our Solution Engineering (Technical Sales) EMEA team and launching the Enterprise UK&I Sales team—now the company’s highest-performing team globally (2023). My contributions led to promotions to Senior Recruiter and, most recently, Talent Acquisition Partner, where I define and execute international talent acquisition strategies for Enterprise Sales and Solution Engineering across EMEA, APJ, and LATAM. In this role, I am a business partner for our Hiring Managers leading QBRs, driving headcount planning, and uplevelling our hiring teams. in 2024, I stepped in for my Director during her sabbatical, delivering leadership updates, conducting weekly one-on-ones with peers, and leading weekly stand-ups.


Further responsibilities include;

  • Full life cycle recruitment, direct hiring top talent across all OneTrust Business Units (Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance & more)
  • Ownership of recruitment strategy, selection process, profiling, and best practice across all GTM departments
  • Collaborating with C-suite & BU leaders to accurately forecast and define resource & capacity planning
  • Supported the creation & global roll out of DE&I hiring strategy & process, helping hiring managers and key stakeholders understand the importance of sourcing and cultivating diverse and innovative teams
  • Successfully overachieved consistently on hiring target (between 4-12 vacancies per month)
  • Championed & supported internal mobility as part of OneTrust's culture of continuous professional development
