  • Taking a lead role on all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, support and coach the managers through the full step by step process to identify suitable talent, develop role profiles, and draft job adverts for all vacancies.
  • Responsible for the employee lifecycle for all staff including (but not limited to) processing offers, drafting employment contracts, collating key relevant documentation such as right to work, bank details and reference checks, updating the Recruitment internal Tracker and ATS system, keying new employees into the Club’s HR & Payroll System for payment, and liaising with the Club’s Safeguarding Team on DBS checks.
