- EMEA: Led end to end high growth hiring plans & delivery across Ad Sales, Partnerships. Consumer Operations, Corporate & Enterprise Tech functions across 20+ markets.
- North America/ Global: Global TA Business Partner to Chief Business Leader. Managed Global hiring plans, reporting & insights. Provided strategic partnership to all leaders within this business group. Incubated TA processes for the development of new business profiles & lines of business globally.
- North America/ Global: Global TA Business Partner to Global VP, Design. Created a holistic TA strategy that brought Enterprise & Consumer Design hiring into a more cohesive approach focusing on core design skills & business needs. Designed Top of Funnel strategy designed to accelerate Candidate conversion through the funnel.
Enabling Scale & Efficiency - Global
Some headlines include:
- Strategy & Planning (Global): As part of my role in Global Recruiting Scaled Support Solutions, I was responsible for the alignment of strategies that would support the Global People/ TA future vision & strategy. Led the development & ongoing ownership of Roadmaps that ran across People, Products (PMM, ENG & PM) & Programs, ensuring visibility on expected outcomes.
- Program Management: Key areas of investment within the TA future vision & strategies had a Program Manager who was responsible for end to end ownership & delivery against the key outcomes. Led & supported the creation of 3 distinct verticals to support & ensure success for execution - Programs aligned to 1. Recruiting Funnel, 2. Recruiting for Scale including Experiences and 3. Emerging needs.
- Product Marketing (Internal People/ TA Tools): Audience included: Recruiting Organisation, Hiring Managers, Interviewers & Candidates. Development of an internal Product strategy that directly tied to Recruiting resources KPIs. Incubated & launched product offerings that leveraged AI/ML thus enabling automation to run in high volume areas such as sourcing, interview co-ordination, resume screening & interview screening as well as Requisition Management for the Hiring Manager community.
- DEI: Launched the initial alignment to the Diverse Slate Strategy which later became the go to strategy for DEI. Supported Recruiting Leaders to drive accountability across their teams and across their client groups and provided toolkits on how to manage the accountability. Introduced a research engineering team to enable acceleration at Top of Funnel in high volume hiring areas, the technical skill of this team, allowed us to pick up pace, but also start to identify trends & insights on where to invest time, dollars & energy.
- Change Management: Built a change magnitude assessment across Recruiting Products & Eng function to ensure minimal disruption to Recruiting Organisation as a result of an aggressive Product Roadmap. Part of the core Covid Response Team, managing overnight the move to an online interview process and ongoing review & iteration.
- Data & Influencing: Built a Leadership Training Module on " The Art of Storytelling with Data" to bring more credibility to our reporting & to ensure focus & alignment on key business metrics.

Have shared my expertise by developing a Storytelling & Data Training module for the Leadership team that provides a toolkit on how to build compelling stories/pitches utilising data.
