Summary

A dedicated and compassionate individual with over 24 years of experience as a stay-at-home mother of five children, during which I developed strong organisational, multitasking, and caregiving skills. Throughout this period, I have continually enhanced my skills by completing FETAC courses, as well as a counselling course and a child protection course, which have deepened my knowledge of caregiving and communication. Although I have been out of the formal workforce for a number of years, my time caring for my mother-in-law with dementia and father-in-law in his final years, alongside childminding two young girls since 2018, has highlighted my ability to work in person-centred fields. I am now eager to return and pursue a career as a Care Assistant. I bring a wealth of real-life experience, a strong work ethic, and a deep passion for providing compassionate care to those in need.
