As a Lettings, Sales & Property Manager, I have been responsible for management of a portfolio of approximately 800 properties. This role has encompassed full oversight of property lettings, sales support, financial administration, all aspects re-RTB and maintenance coordination. I regularly engage with landlords and tenants to ensure high standards of service and efficient property operation.

Key Responsibilities included

  • Portfolio Oversight & Accounts: Managed all aspects of a large-scale property portfolio, including rent collection, arrears tracking, preparing financial reports for clients and general account management.
  • Tenant Liaison and Support: facilitated tenant onboarding process by managing viewings, handling inquiries, conducting referencing and preparing tenancy agreements.
  • Property Maintenance Management (Expert Level): Coordinated repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants to ensure properties remained in top condition. Managed both routine and maintenance requests, ensuring quick resolutions while staying within budget.
  • On Call Work Phone: Handled on-call emergency phone duties for landlords and tenants on a rotational basis, responding promptly to urgent property issues as they arose
  • Compliance and Documentations: Ensured compliance with property legislation such as RTB registrations, deposits and tenancy renewals and reference checks. Managed necessary documentation and ensured all legal paperwork was processed in a timely manner.
  • Rent Collection and Financial Management: Oversaw rent collection, tracked arrears and prepared monthly reports for landlords.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Experience mentoring junior staff and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure service excellence.
