As part of my Transition Year I worked at Lunatic Fringe in Graft Street Dublin learning about the Hair Stylist industry under Tamar Chambers.

I completed many duties as follows:

- Cleaning all areas of the salon

- Making coffee, tea and other drinks for other staff and customers

- Washing hair

- Preparing customers for their appointment with their chosen stylist

- Front of house duties such as answering the phone and making appointments for customers. Not forgetting taking payments for services and any products purchased by the customers.

This opportunity gave me a real insight into the Hair and Fashion industry, I worked hard each day and really enjoyed my time there.
