I have been working as a Deskside Support Engineer for the past 14 years providing great customer service to our clients and handling technical issues in a timely manner. In my current role as a senior engineer, i delegate the work to a team of 4 engineers and i am the main point of contact for any escalations. I am always willing to learn and enjoy exploring different aspects of IT. I have previously studied courses in CYSA+, Security+ and i am currently studying Microsoft Azure Cloud Fundamentals.
