I have developed a Python-based web application using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, along with the Django framework. This web application was deployed using a full lifecycle Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline using various AWS Services. To ensure the quality of the web application, it underwent several types of testing. These include Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and End-to-End testing. Additionally, Static code analysis was performed using Pylint to analyse the code for any potential issues. Furthermore, SonarCloud was utilized to detect and address any security vulnerabilities. As part of a case study, I proposed cloud-based petascale HPC (High Performing Computer) architecture for a chemical industry company. The proposal outlined the necessary on-premises infrastructure, Service Level Agreement (SLA), a scalable and redundant architecture, and estimated the total cost of implementing the cloud-based petascale HPC architecture. Additionally, the proposal took into account ethical considerations and data governance constraints. I successfully developed and deployed Ethereum smart contracts for the Blockchain Module. The development process involved using Remix, Dockers, Node.js application, and MetaMask wallet. To create a scalable cloud solution, we used the Apache Spark framework in the Scalable Cloud Programming module. The framework distributed computational tasks across a cluster and executed them in a parallelized environment. The dataset required for these tasks was stored in HDFS (Hadoop Distributed File System) and accessed accordingly. I developed a Surveillance Camera System based on IoT (Internet of Things) using a Fog and Edge-based model. The system was built using iFogSim, a java-based simulator. As part of our research project, we focused on enhancing the security of files stored in cloud servers. We employed a machine learning approach to encrypt our data and securely stored it in a cloud server. For our application, we utilized EC2 t2 as the server.
