- Pressurized problem solving when exporting collected data to clients either immediately or with strict deadlines, involving cross-department communications with international colleagues.
- Flew to our London office to carry out my regular duties when the office in Limerick was not operational. This shows the trust placed in me by management to represent our division and behave professionally during and outside of working hours.

- Chosen as trainer for new hires after 4 months in my role.
- Earned a promotion after 1 year by demonstrating good leadership and communication skills, maintaining a high level of accuracy in the data I collected, and proving my ability to work consistently with exceptional professionalism and etiquette.
- Chosen as for data quality control. Applied attention to detail for hours at a time when combing through game footage to record or crosscheck fine details of minor and major events in hundreds of rugby union matches. In this role I had authority to grade the work of my colleagues and send the data to clients after fixing mistakes.
