Deeply clean the student accommodations, including living rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, halls, and the main entrances.

Job duties:

• Instructing children aged from 3 to 12 in English courses like graded reading, phonics, vocabulary, and English speech etc.;
• Serving as a head teacher; responsible for class management, coordination with parents to provide feedback on children’s performance and organization of parents’ meetings;
• Responsible for teaching research activities, such as formulating curriculum plans, undertaking the follow-ups and perfection of the curriculum content of each class, designing standardized teaching schemes, and supporting teaching aids;
• Improving the new teacher training system and organizing teaching activities;
• Assisting in the organization of student activities.

Main Achievements:

• Participated in the research and design of the main curriculum system; created more than 500 lessons in total based on the original stories or books of graded reading;
• Responsible for 10 classes in training courses with the renewal rate as high as more than 90% every year;
• 20% of the trained students applied for KET/PET with a pass rate of 100%;
• Created and organized weekly activities "Reading star" in class;
• Parents’ satisfaction ran as high as 95%.

Conducted online teaching in adult oral English and zero-basis courses (covering phonics, vocabulary, etc.)
