• The crèche caters for ninety children and employs fifteen team members
• Duties included: payroll, paying bills, management accounts, organising rosters, working with funding organisations, applying for course for childcare staff, ordering food and hygiene supplies, updating and ensuring that a high standard of health and safety was maintained throughout the building.

• Delivering F.E.T.A.C courses to adults
• I have facilitated the Special Needs Assisting F.E.T.AC level 5 and have also delivered the After Schools Support Skills level 5
• Part of my duties included setting assignments and exam questions along with correcting them.

• Teaching adults and adolescents with special needs FETAC and IAS Modules
• These modules included independent living skills, work seeking skills, computer training, health and fitness, social skills and living in a diverse society
• These modules are geared to help the members prepare for independent living in a supported environment, as well as preparing for suitable employment if they wish
• My role also consisted of being the sports and recreational officer for the centre
• This involved preparing members for the Special Olympics
• I drove an eight seated mini bus to sporting and social activities and when required and dropped members home.

• My role involved helping out in the classroom, watching over and helping one specific student who was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder
• This duty had to be carried out discreetly, trying not to draw attention to the fact that I was there solely for one particular child
• My duties also included yard duty, sports coach and sub teaching when required.

• Teaching boys and girls the skills of football, hurling and camogie in primary schools throughout County Carlow.

Fitteen years' experience in education sector specialising in adult education including community care and Early Learning and Care level 5&6 modules.
