• Taking this approach allows for other factors to be considered, the wider view of a person’s world, education, mental health, physical needs
• An example of this is my most recent programme where we sort referrals from PHN, occupational therapist, and CAMHS, School Principles all working together to deliver community services that improve health outcomes to our community members collaborating with these agencies allowed for a holistic approach ensuring a wraparound service at local level
• I have been involved with many initiatives, the How are U campaign, Children and youth camps throughout the year, the online and in person drama and cookery and more recently the Community Wellness Event, supporting World Mental Health Day Contacting other services and agencies to provide information about the availability of services within the community and a place to connect with community members
• Putting this event together required engaging in project management sharing knowledge and information to establish and build social relationships between the community, our team members and stakeholders and empowering people to engage
• Some examples of these are coordinating delivery of resources for a programme session, implementing a small marketing plan to advertise the centre, and designing a simple software enhancement

• Joined Distributed Support (DS) team
• DS consists of a number of teams strategically positioned at regional bases across the UK and Ireland, providing proactive and reactive "hands-on" 2L support in line with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group End to End Support Model
• My assignment within the DS team was to ensure compliance with our processes and instil the DS operational model into the Dublin Operation and to get them to follow the standard practices of RBS so we could safeguard the Business Environment

• Joined the Verification Team who are responsible for the creation, testing, distribution and implementation of the software packages which are used for creating and upgrading Head Office desktops and associated servers and clients
