Responsible for managing and coordinating modifications, certification changes, and other aspects of a variety of aircraft types. Provide ongoing support to related projects within a close-knit team, ensuring compliance, punctuality and efficiency. Occasionally travel to industry partners as required. Have also contributed to projects in other departments, including aircraft lease-contract data and lease insurance.

Trained to develop and maintain proficiency in infantry tactics, weapons handling, and navigation and other skills on a weekly basis. Required to operate effectively in a team at section level while demonstrating leadership, discipline, and resilience in high-stress environments. Regularly participate in training exercises, community engagement events and recruitment events, fostering teamwork and public relations.
